Named only inside Befr's relationships section on the official wiki - there is no Saqi article. The tavern keeper role is the one detail on the record.
What NPCs are for, mechanically
Mudtek describes relationships as a system, not flavour: deeper bonds unlock new conversations, personal quests and potential romances, and you invest materials in an ally's facility to expand shop inventories, add crafting services and open more farming plots. That makes the roster above a progression tree in disguise — Manga's forge, Tamsin's banner shop and Befr's tool caravan all scale with what you feed them. Early Access adds more
The 2 September 2026 content list includes new quests and NPCs alongside the two new regions. Names have not been published. One face is already visible in the Steam screenshots but not in any article — a dialogue box labelled "Basilton, The Withered Golem" — which is worth watching given Golem is one of the races a developer named for the roster. We are not listing Basilton in the table above on the strength of one screenshot.
